Bengal Super League (BSL), modelled on the ISL, is going to start in Bengal from December 14. The trophy of this football tournament reached Burdwan on Tuesday. Several team owners were present on the occasion. Actress Shreema Bhattacherjee and Rajat Shuvro Mukuti were present on behalf of the organisers. The trophy will travel across various districts of the state for nine days. Licensed by the Indian Football Association (IFA) and organised by Shrachi Sports, eight franchise teams representing the district clusters of West Bengal will participate in the Bengal Super League. The matches will be held at venues across eight districts of the state.
